Court Orders Immediate Return of Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya’s Children to Dubai

The super-talented actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been in controversy for quite some time now. He has been seen in the headlines but sadly for negative reasons. Undergoing a divorce from his wife, he has been facing legal challenges all over again because of his two children. After tying the knot in 2009, Nawazzudin and Aaliya came into the headlines in the first half of 2023.
According to some sources, the actor filed a defamation suit amounting to ₹ 100 crores against his ex-wife Aaliya Siddiqui and brother Shamasuddin Siddiqui. But however later on Nawazuddin was willing to settle the legal matter. His wife alleged he openly raped her. To some extent, the news shattered the image of Nawazuddin. But, in his defense, he wrote a long Instagram post about how his wife has been alleging him wrongly. He also stated everything he found wrong point-wise.

This was his post on 6th March. But now it seems the problems have worsened for the people.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya’s children have been asked to return to Dubai and continue with their studies by the court. They were not attending school and a letter from the school arrived at Nawazuddin’s place. The famous ‘Heartbeat Stopper’ scene actor had previously stated that due to the family’s issues, his daughter Shora Siddiqui andYaani Siddiqui. In a hearing on Monday, the court ordered the children to return to Dubai and asked the parents to join them.
Speaking with the media on Monday after the court hearing, Nawazuddin and Aaliya’s lawyers expressed that there were ‘certain compliance issues that were to be ironed out between the two parties, which was discussed in the chamber hearing.’ The court has ordered that the children be sent to Dubai for studies in the next two to three days. Last week, a source reported that Nawazuddin’s daughter Shora has expressed her unwillingness to return claiming that she will be bullied there.
As per past relationships, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been married twice. He was in an unhappy relationship with a Hindu Brahmin woman, Anjana Kishor Pandey, with whom he had a prolonged but strained live-in relationship that ended in 2007. Siddiqui then married a woman named Sheeba, a marriage that did not last long, and the couple divorced in 2010. In the third marriage, problems have been reoccurring yet again and that is making the headlines these days.
