Reliance Industries’ telecommunications company has introduced a fresh prepaid package aimed at JioFiber users. Priced at Rs 1,197, this latest broadband plan falls within the company’s quarterly offerings and provides a speed of 30Mbps.

Telecom Talk initially discovered a plan offered by JioFiber, priced at Rs 399 per month or Rs 1197 for a three-month period. The plan has a validity of 90 days and provides a download and upload speed of 30Mbps. Alongside these features, JioFiber’s prepaid plan at Rs 1,197 includes unlimited data and free voice calling services.

According to the publication, although this plan provides unlimited data, there is a restriction set at 3.3TB of high-speed data per month, totaling 9.9TB over three months. After surpassing the monthly data limit, both upload and download speeds on the network will decrease significantly. Additionally, the report mentions that the unlimited voice calling feature is available only when connected to a landline.

It is important to note that Jio offers various quarterly recharge plans in addition to the Rs 1,197 plan. These include a Rs 2,097 plan with 100Mbps speed and subscription to 16 OTT platforms such as Prime Video and Disney+ Hotstar, a Rs 2,997 plan with 150Mbps speed and the same OTT platform subscription, a Rs 4,497 plan with 300Mbps speed and subscription to 17 OTT platforms including Prime Video and Netflix, and a Rs 7,497 plan with 500Mbps speed and the same OTT platform subscription. Moreover, there are two quarterly plans available with 1Gbps speed and additional benefits.

Using the MyJio Mobile App by Reliance Jio

1. Launch the MyJio app on your smartphone.
2. Log in using your JioFiber Service ID or Registered Mobile Number (RMN).
3. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) received on your registered mobile number.
4. Tap on the “Recharge” option.
5. Choose a plan by selecting “View Details” to see plan specifics.
6. Tap on the “Buy” option.
7. Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a recharge confirmation via SMS and email on your registered mobile number and email ID.

Using the jio.com Website

1. Open a web browser and visit www.jio.com.
2. Click on “Recharge” at the top right corner of the page and select “JioFiber”.
3. Enter your JioFiber Service ID, Registered Mobile Number (RMN), or landline number.
4. Click on the “Submit” button.
5. Select a plan, such as Rs 1,197, and click on “View Details” to check plan specifics.
6. Click on the “Buy” button.
7. Choose a payment method.
8. Enter your payment credentials and complete the payment.

You will receive a confirmation email and message once your recharge is successfully processed.
